How do I complain about my loan company?

  • If you are unhappy with some aspect of your loan, you should always approach the loan company first. They have 24 hours to acknowledge your complaint and if they can’t resolve it immediately, they have four weeks to respond in full. If you are unhappy with their response, you can then get in touch with the Financial Ombudsman Service. All of the complaints process will be provided to you by the loan company when you take the loan.
